Did you know that on the Student Union rooftop, dining services grew fresh herbs that are used in different eateries on campus? Believe it! Next time you are in 3 Cheeses & a Noodle eyeing the pesto sauce, keep in mind that it is made with fresh basil grown from our garden. Some other herbs incorporated in food and dining services are cilantro, parsley and more.
