These past few weekends you may have seen some interesting cars driving around your area: it’s car show season. Here in the valley there is one of the largest: The Barrett Jackson Car Auction.
There are miles and miles of cars in a row, and if you know absolutly nothing about how a car works this is overwhelming and sometimes pretty boring.
Here’s what to do:
1. Check out the types of cars you’ve never heard of: I’m sure you can find at least a few. There will always be that one wacky shaped low rider, or a some sort of truck with ridiculous tires.
I saw Mater, Lightning McQueen and Herbie.
2. Two words: FOOD VENDORS. Hot dogs, popcorn, Jamba Juice, junk food galore.
3. Color shop. My dad got on my case for this one. My favorite color is Tiffany Blue, and I would take a picture of everything even remotely in the sphere of light blue.
4. Get Artsy. Vintage cars espeially.
5. At every car show/auction/event there will always be things on sale. Shirts, bags, bobble heads, etc. I make it a silent game to pick the things I like the most and least.
