Major: Biomedical Science (Pre-Med)
Age: 22
Relationship Status:Â Taken
Involvement? IFC, War Eagle Girls and Plainsmen, Fiji
Ideal Woman? Someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. Obviously pretty and smart and fun are qualities any guy wants, but above that I want someone who is humble.
Ideal Date? I would say football game but I’m pretty intense, so I would probably scare them off. I love concerts. So a nice dinner before seeing someone like Zac Brown Band or Mumford & Sons would be ideal.
What can a girl do to get attention? Just be themselves. Pretty girls who don’t flaunt themselves display humility, and like I said earlier that’s what I’m looking for.
Biggest turn-on? Being intelligent is very attractive. Maybe I’m just a nerd.
Celebrity crush? Carrie Underwood. Katy Perry is also up there for sure.
Something people don’t know about you: I’m a big Lord of the Rings fan which I don’t feel is something most people want to flaunt, so most people don’t know that about me. It adds to that me being a nerd thing.
Post-Graduate Plans? Medical school. I really want to be a surgeon. My dad is an orthopedic surgeon, and that’s what I’d like to do as well. I think I’ll eventually move back to Texas as well.
Best Attribute:Â I try to be as selfless and humble as possible. I respect girls and would never view them as objects or trophies.
Most Meaningful Experience at Auburn: War Eagle Girls and Plainsmen. I’ve learned so much from it and have had so many cool opportunities and experiences.
Describe the Auburn women of today: I would have to say fun-loving. Whether it’s at an Auburn football game or a social, every single girl is into it and seems to be really enjoying themselves and that’s what it’s all about. I am always impressed with how well girls here keep up with the football season.
Describe your worst date:Â I went to a concert once with a girl I knew was interested [in me] and I was sort of interested [in her] so I said why not. I felt bad because the whole concert I knew she wanted to dance with me but I didn’t want to send the wrong vibe so we just kind of awkwardly stood next to each other. Then when we were leaving I accidentally bumped a truck with my truck and the drunk people who owned the truck about ripped my door off trying to cuss me out, and said they would call me the next day to go over damages that they found. They never called me and neither did she. I still love concerts though.
Most meaningful experience ever? I went to Colorado a couple of years ago with my dad to fly fish and hike and off road. We had a great time, and it came at a time when my relationship with my dad was a bit rocky. I’ve always been close to my dad, and my favorite thing to do is fish, so hanging out with him and getting to catch fish was perfect. We fish and hunt together all the time.
