Apple Tart Recipe
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, cut in thirds
2 apples, cored and sliced thinly
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamonÂ
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Unwrap puff pastry and let thaw for 20 minutes. Place puff pastry on a greased baking sheet. Slice apples in thin pieces, and combine with brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a medium sized bowl. Once apple slices are evenly coated in sugar mixture, place the slices on each third of puff pastry, overlapping each piece.Â
Bake for 18 minutes.Â
