This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Auburn chapter.

Ever wanted to make like Macklemore and go thrift shopping on Auburn’s Campus? How about feel like you’re on the set of Cupcake Wars, battling out decorating skills with your best friends? We’ve got news for you! Her Campus Auburn is going to put on three amazing events for the school year, and we need your input. Click the link at the bottom of the page to enter your vote.

Here are the contestants in the running for Her Campus AU 2015-2016 events:

  • Tailgate Time. Come join HC and see what we’re all about. There will be food, games of corn hole, and a photo booth for Instagram-worthy pictures!
  • Get Thrifty. Partnering with a local thrift store, we will host this event in hopes to benefit the community while giving you the chance to shop on campus! Possible 50% discount for shopping if you bring in clothes!
  • Bake Off. So you think you can decorate? Prove your skills at our bake-off! Bring your own cake and we’ll supply an assortment of toppings and tools. Winner gets a $30 gift card to Gigi’s Cupcakes.
  • Stella & Dot Trade Show. This company sells the cutest jewelry, bags & scarves! It’s great for all styles.
  • Sweatpants & Dance. During finals week, you’ll need some time set aside to relax. Her Campus has got your back. Each hour of this four hour long event held in the Student Center will have something new to offer. Karaoke, movies, a local jewelry business and possibly a masseuse will be at this event. Oh and did mention sweatpants are encouraged? ‘Cause that’s the way life should be!

If any of these events sound like something you’d want to attend, make sure to vote on your top three!
