Mandy Underwood, a sophomore English education major at Ball State, is nothing short of magnificent. From Manchester, Indiana, Mandy loves spending time with friends, playing music and most importantly – taking pictures.
“Photography is beautiful,” she said. “It’s not a part of my major, but I love taking pictures. It’s a part of who I am.”
Underwood uses her own camera to take pictures of friends, scenery and anything that catches her eye.
“It’s so much fun, and it’s a great way to spend time with people and have something nice to remember the moments by later,” she said.
In the future, Mandy said she hopes to incorporate photography into her adult life, even if she can’t take photos for a living.
