Hey Seniors, Stop Dragging Your Feet!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

Welcome to your last semester at Boston College, Class of 2012!  I can’t say I don’t envy all of you with your exhausting four classes and your busy schedule going out every night.  But before you completely check out until May, there’s one really important thing to knock off your bucket list.  You need to go take your portrait for the yearbook!

Even if you don’t want to buy your own copy of Sub Turri (but why wouldn’t you…?), you should still have your picture taken for the senior section.  Decades from now, your classmates will be flipping through their yearbooks reminiscing about their days on the Heights.  Don’t you want them to remember you and the memories you made?  You can still schedule your portrait online!  This Friday, January 27th, is the last day for portraits, but walk-ins will be accepted, so head to the Sub Turri office (McElroy 103).

You can also pre-order your yearbook online!  Sub Turri, the yearbook of Boston College, has been cherished by seniors since 1913.  But your class is especially in luck since this year marks the 100th anniversary of Sub Turri!  The theme of the book is “Vintage,” so it’s got every memory from the Class of 2012, but it’s also filled with pictures from BC’s entire history.
