As finals week and the Christmas season simultaneously approach with rapid speed, I decided to combine the two major yearly events into a song to make this time more enjoyable. To the tune of “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” here is “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Finals.”

All around BC

Take a look at O’Neill three

It’s bustling once again

With bio majors and CSOM kids a-stressed.

It’s beginning to look a lot like finals

Tears in every eye

But the prettiest sight to see is the work that will be

Gone for a few weeks or more

A pair of Bs in Global and an iced coffee tall

Is the wish of Michael and Matt;

A Prof that will talk and give help to us all

Is the hope of Allie and Ann;

And Mom and Dad can hardly wait to see the final grades

It’s beginning to look a lot like finals

All around BC;

There’s a student at the BPL, one in Stokes as well,

The determined kind that doesn’t mind no sleep

It’s beginning to look a lot like finals;

Soon the tests will start,

And the thing that will make them hard is including that only thing

You were told not to study

Tears in every eye

But the prettiest sight to see is the work that will be

Gone for a few weeks or more
