Not all protein is created equal. In the process of trying to maintain good health and improve physical strength and fitness, it’s important to choose your post work-out protein, if any, wisely. Many people jump to whey-based protein and don’t consider other better, healthier options. Whether you’re sensitive to whey or just cognizant of your health, here are some nutritional protein bars and powders that won’t upset your system:
