Although the thought of leaving Boston College in less than 2 weeks physically pains me, there are a few things I am looking forward to return home to!
1. I honestly cannot wait to be back home with those goons. Living away from my family these past 8 months has been such a struggle.
2. As much as I love my comfortable twin XL cot, nothing compares to the comfort of sleeping in my own bed at home. Â
3. Goodbye Mac and hello to my parent’s cooking! Not to mention all of my favorite restaurants that I will be going to way too often.  Basically I am just going to chow down for 4 months, and I cannot wait.
4. I have made so many great friends at Boston College, but it is about time that I get back with my squad back home. After 15 years of friendship, I still get amped thinking about how wonderful our reunion will be. Â Â
5. Nothing is as frustrating as wanting to run an errand but having no way of getting there quickly and cheaply. But at home I have the luxury of jumping into a car and going for a drive whenever I want.
6. As much as I love Chestnut Hill, it will never compare to the town I was born and raised in. I cannot wait to drive around and visit all of my favorite spots around town and see old friendly faces.
It was a great year at Boston College, but there is truly no place like home.
