Ran out of Thanksgiving leftovers? Try this recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Two onions

  • Two green peppers

  • 1 Tbsp garlic

  • 1 package of sausage

1. Heat up a pan and put the garlic in the pan.

2. In the meantime, chop up the onions

3. Place the onions in a pan to start cooking them

4. Cover the onions and let them sit for a few minutes

5. Chop up the green peppers. If you want, consider mixing it up and adding a blend of different kinds of peppers!

6. Place the peppers with the onions and let them cook.

Don’t forget to season the peppers and onions with salt and pepper! Add as much or as little seasoning as you please.

7. While you are waiting for the peppers to cook, cut up the sausage into bite sized pieces. We went with sweet Italian style chicken sausage, but feel free to switch it up and have any kind of meat you want!

8. Once the sausage is chopped, place in a separate pan.

9. Once the sausage is cooked, place in the pan with the peppers and onions.

10. Cook everything together for a few minutes.

11. Plate and enjoy :-)
