Fall is known for its changing leaves, cooler but not too cold temperatures, and the iconic fashion trends that seem to pop up year after year. I’ve put together a fashion guide that will (hopefully) get you through all the possible fall events, as long as mother nature does not throw a curve-ball and throw us some snow.

Wine Tour

Back on your campus, a lot of student groups are going to want to put on wine tour events. These tours are the perfect opportunity to show your style because the wineries and vineyards are great for photos. When I think of wine tour, I think of denim. So I think that you really can’t go wrong with jeans, a big sweater, and some booties. If it’s a little warmer where you are, wear a skirt instead of jeans. Don’t forget your sunglasses because they’ll be great for the sun in your eyes and for when you want to nap on the bus.

Apple Picking

I don’t know why but I’ve always had the dream of wearing a sweater dress, and cute sneakers in an apple field. You can tell me if I’m wrong but I think that’s #aesthetic. I would not forget booty shorts under your dress though. You’re going to be active in that field.

Pumpkin Picking

Since this will be taking place as the leaves are changing, I think it’s super important to kind of match with the leaves, Orange, reds, and yellows look bomb on everyone and will make for an aesthetic instagram. You can’t go wrong with jeans and a sweater but if you want to be bold look for burgundy pants and pair it with a white sweater. A scarf is going to be an essential for me because it will keep you cozy, while also giving you a nice finishing touch.

It seems like a recurring trend for me is jeans and sweaters, but don’t feel restricted. What’s good about fall is that sweaters pretty much can go with anything: leggings, skirts, under overalls, or over dresses. However you pair it, you can’t go wrong with a scarf and a vest to tie it all together.
