Spring Break is right around the corner – hallelujah! I think we all need a break from school and BU in general. While it’s fun to fantasize about your spring break trip, it may be daunting to think about sporting your bikini bod so soon. With only a few short weeks left, it’s not too late to get back into shape!

If these workouts aren’t for you there are so many workouts on Pinterest. You could also try workout videos such as T25, Insanity or one of Jillian Michaels’ videos. While workouts are great and effective, have you ever heard the phrase abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym? Getting in shape is 30% working out and 70% what you eat. Don’t do all of these exercises for nothing – make sure you’re eating healthy, not only for these next few weeks but make a permanent change in your diet. Check out Lauren Conrad’s website for great detox ideas. There are also some great workouts on there as well.Â
