At a young age, she had to defeat monsters after her parents finally told her that she was a fifth-generation monster hunter, and she rocked it! This is a fun Halloween movie you can’t miss this year.

Alex and Cameron are two sisters who have intuition and compassion for each other and others around them as they become witches on their 21st birthday. Pisces often show those same qualities in their relationships with those they know, such as being emotionally aware or sensitive. Twitches is another classic Disney movie that brings everyone joy!

Aries often show courage and determination, with a little stubbornness in their lives. These are parallel to the girl we all know, Marnie, as she also becomes a new witch and is determined to become the best witch she can be! She even has to go against her mother’s wishes and becomes a witch anyway. Halloween Town is a throwback that never gets old.

Taurus – Beetlejuice
Beetlejuice is all about a very practical and responsible couple who moves into a house, dies, and has to learn how to be dead. Also, the younger girl who moves in, Lydia, shows very practical qualities throughout the film because she isn’t afraid of the house ghosts and she knows her family is a little eccentric. Lydia shares similar qualities with Taurus individuals – practicality and trustworthiness. Beetlejuice is a spooky yet fun and outstanding Halloween film!

Gemini – Casper
Casper is a very friendly ghost, as we all know, as well as caring and gentle. He takes care of and looks after his friend Kat throughout the film, relating many qualities to the Gemini zodiac sign. Showing affection is also a very common quality of a Gemini, which correlates to the affection Casper also shows to Kat. Casper is a very cute film that anyone would enjoy watching around Halloween.

Cancer – Nightmare Before Christmas
Jack in Nightmare Before Christmas is a highly imaginative skeleton who whats something new in his life. After trying out Christmas, he realizes in the end that he is going to stay loyal to his original holiday – Halloween. Cancers are also loyal and imaginative people, qualities that make this movie as great as it is!

Leo – Hocus Pocus
We all know that this movie has its humorous moments as we follow the Sanderson sister’s journey back to life. This aspect relates to Leos because they are oftentimes humorous people. Max and Danny, the sibling who have to fight the sisters, show love and caring towards one another, correlating to Leo’s warm-hearted qualities. Hocus Pocus never fails to make me and others laugh every year.

Virgo – Ghost Busters
The Ghost Busters team show courage and loyalty to the city, and they are hard-working as they fight ghosts left and right. Some ghosts are cheesier than others, but a great movie nonetheless. Similar to a Virgo, the team in Ghost Busters continues to display courage and never lets anything get them down. I always smile when I see a Ghost Buster costume, they’re usually just missing the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man!

Libra – Coraline
This movie is also one of my favorites, not only because of its spooky qualities but because of the great animation and colors. Coraline shows many traits such as being very talkative and social. She learns how to be more fair-minded in her journey going back and forth between worlds. Libras have great imaginations and show social qualities as well, so they would get along with Coraline very well. At least Libras don’t have buttons for eyes!

Scorpio – The Haunted Mansion
The movie, not the fun ride! The Evers family become very brave individuals as they stay at the haunted mansion, originally only trying to sell it for the owners. Little did they know they were being tricked the whole time. The Evers family has to overcome their fears, and display loyalty to one another, becoming powerful and fearless people, which are the qualities that Scorpios are known for! The Haunted Mansion was always too scary for me growing up, but now I love watching it and laughing at Eddy Murphy.

Sagittarius – Monster House
You absolutely can’t go on Halloween without watching Monster House because it is a very fun animation! Three kids have to go to a very scary house that is actually possessed by the owner’s wife. The kids free the owner, Mr. Nebbercracker, from the terrifying house by blowing it up. Sagittariuses can be seen as lovers of freedom, which is what Mr. Nebbercreacker always wanted. A dark twist turns into a happy ending, making this a movie I always recommend!

Capricorn – The Corpse Bride
Emily, the dead bride, is very responsible with good manners. Victor lacks both these qualities at the beginning of the story when he does not want to stay married to Emily and is very rude to her, even though he technically promised to marry her in the woods. In the end, however, he luckily developed more of Emily’s traits. Capricorns display many of Emily’s qualities, such as responsibility and ambition. Again, an amazing animated movie on a Halloween night!
