Here at Brandeis, there are certain foods that are more easily accessible than others. One of those foods is apples! They’re always fully stocked at Sherman, Usdan, and the C-Store. We thought it’d be helpful to make a list of some snacks to make with these yummy apples!
1. Baked apples in the microwave
This snack is super fast, super easy, and can be done in your dorm room!
Ingredients: 2 Granny smith apples, 2 Tablespoons butter, Cinnamon, 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

2. Apple “bagel” snacks
This nice little healthy twist on bagels is very yummy and easy!
Ingredients: 1/4 cup Peanut Butter, 1 Tbsp. honey, 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored, 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries or raisins

3. PB&A
Instead of doing the usual PB&J, exchange the jelly with fresh apples!
4. Apple in yogurt
Spice up your usual yogurt by adding apple pieces, cinnamon, and oats!
