Ever wonder whom those crazies are who get up at 7 AM, wakin’ and shakin’ in front of Usdan? They are Brandeis’s very own Student Events! “Student Events is a secured organization that receives its funding from the Student Activities Fee as seen on tuition bills. All of Student Events’ events and programs are student initiated, planned, and run.” They are student run, and all about the fun!
Did you have fun at Timeflies? And how CAYUTEE is Cal Shapiro? You have Student Events to thank for the chance to look into those eyes. They are responsible for the concerts, springfest, spirit weeks (Louis Louis and Camp Bronstein), and more. If you took a picture in a giant snow globe, skated on real ice in the middle of campus, and fell into winter…then you have Student Events to thank for that.
Who comes up with all this fun? The staff is made up of 15 fun, hardworking Brandeis students ranging from sophomores to seniors.
