Recently we discovered these awesome butt workouts and, trust us, you’ll feel the results right away. You no longer have to go to the gym and do a million squats to get the perfect booty. This is a much simpler way to get the full butt workout, which you can do in your own dorm. You can do it with a friend to make it more fun or by yourself. It’s also quick so you can do it when you wake up, or give yourself 15 minutes before leaving for class. Soon you’ll be looking bootylicious for everyone to see!
For all these exercises you will be on all fours. Each exercise has ten reps on each leg.
Exercise 1: Ten Kickbacks also known as Donkey Kicks. Kick your left leg back and up, and make sure to keep your hips level. When you’re done with one leg switch to the other leg.
Exercise 2: Ten Fire Hydrants. Make sure to keep your back and neck straight and look forward. Keep your knee bent, raise your leg out to the side until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Make sure to keep your pelvis stable! Slowly lower your leg. When you finish with ten on one leg switch to the other leg.
Exercise 3: Kick your leg back, to the side, then back to the original position. This should be a circular motion. Do this ten times for each leg.
Exercise 4: Bring your leg out to the side then push it back, then bring it back towards your chest. This is the same motion as the exercise before only it is going in the opposite direction. When you are finished with one leg, switch to the other.
Exercise 5: Finally you are going to extend your leg out straight parallel to the floor. Then begin swinging it back and forth. Then switch to the other leg.
