7 Healthy Options When You’re Hungry At Bryant

Pizza, French fries, ice cream, cookies- you name it, Salmonson has got it. When we’re in a rush and starving, it’s easy to eat what’s right in front of us looking tasty without thinking of how healthy or unhealthy it is. Later on as we try and squeeze into our skinny jeans that are starting to be a little too skinny we realize maybe this wasn’t the best idea. Here we have seven quick but healthy options for you around campus: 

1. Go to Subway on campus and choose the Black Forest Ham 6 inch

2. At Dunks in the Fisher Center choose the Brown Sugar Flavored Oatmeal with Dried Fruit

 

3. Grab a banana or apple from Salmo

 

4. Sushi from Salmo (if you don’t like fish try the veggie ones!)

 

5. Make your own salad! Salmo has an amazing make your own salad station! Use it to your advantage.

 

6. Turkey or Veggie Burger. Swap out the fattening regular burger and get rid of the bun for a healthy burger option

 

7. Granola and Yogurt from Salmo
