Don’t worry, Thanksgiving may be over but there are still plenty of leftover dishes to be eaten!

1.       Stuffed peppers – A tradition in many households, to stuff large bell peppers with leftover turkey. Stuffing is also a great to add in there!

2.       Turkey sandwich – What’s better than putting all of your favorite foods together in between two pieces of bread? Nothing.

3.       Salad with turkey and cranberry – If you’re still feeling full from your large Thanksgiving dinner the night before, a salad with thin-sliced turkey and some cranberry is the perfect day after meal.

4.       Turkey Soup – Thin slice the leftover turkey, add in some pasta and vegetables, and there you have it… homemade turkey soup!

5.       Turkey pot pie- Toss leftover vegetables and shredded turkey into a casserole, with a prepared pie crust! It makes for the perfect dinner the night after.
