People usually have very strong feelings about coffee; either they love it or they hate it. Here are some facts that are Pro Coffee. So if you’re an avid coffee drinker like a lot of us, these things will make you feel a little better about the 20 K-cups you just bought:

1. It contains antioxidants

2. It boots memory

3. It prevents age related brain issues

4. It relieves stress

5. It controls your weight

6. It can reduce your chances of skin cancer (as a woman)

7. It battles depression

8. It is good for your liver (especially if you a big drinker)

 

However there are also the cons that go along with coffee:

1.  You can get addicted to coffee and find it hard to rely on your bodys natural source of energy

2. It can cause digestive issues

3. It has no vitamins, minerals or enzymes (pretty much adds no nutritional value)

4. It can increase your risk of arthritis

5. It can cause yellowing of your teeth

6. It contains a great deal of caffeine which can lead to things such as insomnia, nervousness and heart palpitations.
