This week’s recipe is an Oriental Style Chicken Noodle Soup!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil (if desired)
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 stalks of bok choy, cut up
- 1 packages chicken- flavor ramen noodles
- 1 package of flavoring (from ramen noodles)
- 2 cups of cut up cooked chicken

1. Heat water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan. Break block of noodles (save flavor packet). Stir noodles add in chicken, carrot, and bok choy. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat and let it simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in flavor packet and sesame oil (if wanted).Â
