1. Everyone can understand the sadness that comes along with your favorite show ending for the season.
2. You’re most likely devastated because your favorite character got written off, or your favorite couple broke up.
3. You spend all summer waiting patiently (or impatiently) for said show to return on air.
4. You stalk the actors on twitter, search for spoilers, and read interviews with the directors.
5. Then, finally, September/ October roll around, bringing your shows with them.
6. The preview is released, and all of the fans completely freak out.
7. Before you know it, you’re sitting on the edge of your couch on the night of the premiere.
8. And you’re literally so excited.
9. The opening scene is obviously flawless, and your favorite character looks great.
10. The opening credits sequence gives you chills,
11. And you totally forget to breathe until the first commercial break.
12. The next hour is like a dream.
13. But, like all good things, this season premiere must too come to an end.
14. And you’re totally bummed that it’s over,
15. Cause it was everything you hoped it would be.
16. But then you see next week’s preview!
17. And it looks even better than tonight’s episode,
18. And you convince yourself that this is going to be the best season yet.
19. You’re also pretty sure you won’t be able to think about anything else until next week’s episode comes out.
20. But at the moment, nothing else matters!
