12 Back to School Moments Where Nick Miller is All of Us

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BU chapter.

The start of the school year is a busy time: moving back in, starting classes again, and of course, learning to readjust to college life. Things can get crazy, and who gets that better than New Girl’s Nick Miller? Here are some moments of the beginning of the year where Nick Miller just gets us.

Trying to live on your own again after three months of being at home.

Attempting to be productive and get a head start on all your assignments.

Listening to all the amazing things your classmates have been doing during summer break.

When it’s the first week of school and you already have to talk yourself out of wearing sweatpants to class.

All your friends want to go partying, but you’re too tired after a week of hard work…

…So you stay in the dorm and have your own party instead.

Your first meal outside of the dining hall where you try to appear like a cool and composed adult.

Coming back from class to find that your roommates locked you out of the room (again).

Checking your syllabi and seeing the outrageous amount of books your professors want you to read for class.

When you’re asked to take charge on any project.

Making plans to set your alarm early to seize the day, and then finding out your friends decided to sleep in anyway.

When you’re finally getting in the groove of the new year.

Welcome back to school, collegiettes!
