Best Foods to Eat During Finals:

1. Iron   

Eat foods with iron to maintain physical energy. Foods that are high in iron include nuts, meat, dark chocolate, seafood, and beans.

2. Vitamin B

Foods with Vitamin B keep the brain energized. Try to eat tofu, bran, eggs, and potatoes. 

3. Bananas 

Bananas are good memory foods. 

4. Vegetables 

Vegetables, such as spinach and peppers, help keep us energized and they keep us full for a long time.

5. Green Tea 

Try not to drink too much caffeine because it will make you jittery. Consider switching out coffee for green tea, which will keep you hydrated and energized.
