Glossier is the cult beauty brand where skin is put first and makeup is placed second. Founded in 2010, the beauty start-up has wowed customers with more than its aesthetic packaging and pretty pink flagship.

Although it isn’t sold in stores, most of us have seen it around–whether that be from friends or on social media. As someone who loves beauty products, especially the simplistic ones, Glossier checked all the boxes. It’s a simplistic beauty line that has easy-to-use products with the purpose of enhancing your natural beauty.

The products are on trend and popular for a reason: they work! Here are a few of my favorites:

1. Balm Dot Com

Possibly their most infamous product–and the cult fave– this lip balm truly is the bomb. As a self-proclaimed lip balm connoisseur, this product was truly a game changer. It comes in six different flavors: original, birthday, rose, cherry, mint, and coconut. I use the coconut and it’s a great versatile product that can be used with or without lipstick.

2. Priming Moisturizer

This priming moisturizer is great because it’s a 2-in-1 product. Most other primers I have used require you to put a moisturizer underneath to avoid dry-looking skin. Glossier’s primer leaves you with a glowy and perfectly primed based, ready for any type of makeup.

3. Perfecting Skin Tint

Glossier’s skin tint is a natural coverage and finish makeup that embraces your natural skin. The makeup comes in 12 different shades and leaves your skin with a light, smooth coating. My least favorite type of makeup is ‘cakey’ foundation or CC cream and this is the farthest from that!

4. Generation G Lipstick

Recently, I have been getting more into lipstick and this product is one of the reasons why. In the past, when using other lipsticks, I had taken on the practice of blotting/smearing most of it off because it was too dark and pronounced even in the lightest of shades. This lipstick gives the perfectly blotted lipstick look, without the tissue and hassle. It’s a natural-looking, lightly pigmented lipstick that can be worn in your day-to-day look.

I’d say that Glossier gets a 10/10 from me, but give it a go for yourself!
