Book lovers rejoice! On February 3rd, Harper Lee’s publisher announced that the legendary To Kill a Mockingbird author plans to publish a new novel after fifty-five years of literary silence.
This new book that was originally written back in the 1950s is titled Go Set a Watchman and is scheduled for release in July. The book will continue the story of everyone’s favorite spunky heroine, Scout Finch, as an adult woman.
The announcement didn’t mention whether Scout’s famous ham costume would make an appearance, but either way the novel will sure to be a massive hit!
