It’s no secret that Bucknell girls are really into fashion. We are always aware of the latest trends on campus. On the Bucknell campus, there are some staples that are always in rotation, and then there are some fads that come and go. Here are the five most coveted items of a Bucknell girl:

The Barbour jacket is the ultimate must-have in every Bucknell girl’s closet. It is effortlessly cute, which is exactly what we all aim for when putting together outfits. Additionally, it is functional and versatile; it is an easy piece to carry from fall into winter and into early spring. Throw it on over any outfit to bring it all together.
2. Lululemon Leggings
We Bucknell girls like to work out. A lot. And to us, a work out isn’t a “work out” unless we are drenched in sweat. But despite our insane exercise habits, we still manage to look hot. And we certainly couldn’t do it without the help of lululemon. Their leggings are lifesavers and confidence boosters; it’s like anytime we put these tight, body-hugging leggings on, “Sexy and I Know It” starts playing. All together, they are great pieces to wear to the gym (or to class on Thursday mornings…).
3. Oversize Watch
The oversize is essential to any Bucknell girl’s accessory collection. It’s super functional, and it really helps us keep track of our busy days. We don’t know how we would survive without such a critical timepiece.
Let’s be real – we don’t wear it to tell the time; we wear it because it’s really freakin’ cute. Have we ever used it to check the time? No! It’s too much effort to take our eyes (and hands) off of the screens of our iPhones. We’re too busy sending a constant stream of texts, snapchats and the like, so we can just check the time there. The only time we actually look at it to check the time is when we are stranded phoneless in our three hour lecture class on Wednesday nights.
4. Hunter Rain Boots
Hunter rain boots definitely rank among the top most coveted items on a Bucknell girl’s list. Not only are they cute, but they are also a good investment. Between the hurricanes, blizzards and floods, there is no piece we wear more in this crazy Lewisburg weather.
5. Monogram Necklace
Bucknell girls are as preppy as they get. We are practically walking J. Crew ads. And keeping in that style, the Bucknell girl likes to top off her prepster look with a monogram necklace. While these come in all shapes and sizes, she typically goes for the gold script font.
