I hate to bring the subject up, but graduation is looming on the horizon. With only one month left to go seniors, it is now or never on getting the true Bucknell Experience. There are only five more weekends to party it up in the big city of Lewisburg before all of the fun comes to an end. In case you need some help, or you think you’ve done them all already, here is a the Bucknell Bucket list for the Class of 2012.
- Have brunch at the golf course. Tip: you can use your declining dollars.
- Shake your tail-feather at Nelly on April 13th.
- Go get a freez!
- Listen to Frank Abagnale talk about Catch Me if You Can on April 9th.
- Play volleyball in one of the sand courts on campus. It will make a great base tan for senior week!
- Go to a spring sporting event. (Track, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Golf just to name a few)
- Run the stairs at the track.
- Go to Rooke Chapel for Easter Services on April 8th.
- Read outside on the Quad.
- Go shopping at Wilson Ross. You will never find such a trendy antique store again!
- SUPER SATURDAY!
- Go to Ard’s farm for their country-style breakfast.
- Watch the Spring Fashion show on April 28th.
- Visit Bounce Fun-Plex in Selinsgrove, PA.
- Sunbathe outside of the gateways. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
- Go to a slip and slide at one of your favorite fraternities.
- Prepare your best Y-M-C-A for Chrysalis on April 27th.
- Take a trip to the greenhouse in the Bio Building.
- Watch one of your friends defend their senior thesis.
- Visit the Samek Art Gallery.
- Visit your freshman hall for a bit of nostalgia.
- Take pictures riding on the Bison.
- Eat cheap hamburgers and fries at the Fence in Montandon.
- Persuade a professor to have class outside.
- Take part in the annual Arts weekend downtown on April 27-29th.
- Try to talk in parseltongue to the snakes at Reptileland.
- Look around at the Street of Shops.
- Watch a movie at the campus theater, especially now that it is renovated!
- Watch the sunrise over the quad.
