The album Revenge of the Dreamers III (a compilation album from J. Cole’s record label, Dreamville) has by far been one of my favorite albums of 2019. It highlighted the talents of all of the Dreamville artists, and earned J. Cole his sixth consecutive number one album. 1: JID
Another incredible rapper to come out of East Atlanta, JID is probably Dreamville’s most talented lyricist. His combination of charisma, flow, and lyrics with substance have made him possibly the most highly acclaimed Dreamville artist right now.

2: Ari Lennox
The only woman signed to Dreamville (hell yeah Ari!), Ari Lennox is an insanely talented R&B singer from Washington, DC. Her incredibly smooth voice, combined with funk and soul influences, have absolutely made her my favorite singer right now.

3: Bas
Bas is a longtime member of Dreamville and a talented rapper from Queens, NY. His Sudanese influences and versatile style have allowed him to create a very multifaceted discography. His music is perfect if you’re looking for a summertime vibe all the time!

4: Cozz
Originally from LA, Cozz is one of the most ambitious members of Dreamville. His beats are full of deep bass and jazz influences, and his lyrics display a clear hunger and drive to succeed in the industry. Through each of his projects, you can clearly see his growth and development as an artist and songwriter.

5: EarthGang
By far the most unique members of Dreamville, EarthGang is a rap duo from Atlanta, consisting of members Olu and WowGr8. Their projects show that they clearly aren’t afraid to be different than the typical rappers today. Their confidence and creative delivery/production combine to create a completely brand new style of music.
