The semester is winding down and finals are looming in the distance. Â We’re all feeling it: stress, anxiety and a lack of motivation to get things done. Â We might be a little defeated and run down, but we have to remember that it’s the final stretch. Â We can do it. Â So, here’s some motivation that we all need to get through the end of this semester.
1.Â
Stress is a part of college. Â Just know that you can take it. It might seem overwhelming at first and you might feel the need to crawl into a ball or phone your mom ten times per day, but you can do it. Â Trust us on that. Â
2.Â
Maybe because it’s Harry Potter weekend or maybe it’s because Hemionie is actually excellent student goals, but study like a Granger. Â You will regret not sitting down and doing the work necessary to succeed. Â So go to the library (or other study spot), get some coffee and work!
3.Â
It’s self explanatory. Â You can do anything you put your mind to. Â You’ve got this and with the necessary work you won’t have to look back on finals or this semester as something you regret. Â
4.Â
As important as school, your grades and GPA are you have to remember to take care of yourself. Â Put yourself at the top of your “to-do” list and take time to do the things you enjoy. Â Go for a run, take pictures or indulge in a pint of your favorite ice cream. Â Do you and you can take on anything. Â
5.Â
Just keep going. Â Just keep going. Â Work your butt off and stick to your goals so that you can make yourself (obviously the only person that truly matters) proud. Â
6.Â
Don’t doubt yourself. Â You can do more than you think you can. Â And you already can do amazing things.Â
7.Â
The ultimate motivation right there. Â This semester might seem rough and you might feel as if you’re drowing under the weight of finals, but you can make it through. Â If Britney could survive her shaved head, umbrella weilding phase, you can do anything.
