No worries if you haven’t got much planned over this week of school freedom, here are some ideas for those still stuck on campus or who live in or around Thousand Oaks!Â

2. Go Hiking:Â With this amazing So Cal weather, this spring break calls for getting outside! You can get active and hit the trails of Paradise Falls or Wildwood Regional Park.
3. Borderline: Dance the night away and flaunt what you’ve got with a nice little country twist!
4. Jeanette’s Edelweiss German cuisine: Get cultured and try the newest German restaurant located in Newbury Park that’ll serve you delicious authentic German sausage!Â
5. Harley’s Bowl: Get a group of friends and take a drive over the hill to Simi Valley and have fun night of food, drinks, arcade games, and bowling of course!

Take advantage of your location by going out to visit Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, or Disneyland Resort!
8. Food: Treat yourself this Spring Break and have a meal at some of TO’s best restaurants such as Marcello Ristorante Italian or Sabor Cocina Mexicana. For options lighter on the wallet, try everyone’s favorites like 3 Amigos or In-N-Out.
9. Gardens of the World: Take advantage of the beautiful spring bloom and see the beautiful flowers as you take a pleasant walk through the Gardens of the World.Â
10. Ronald Reagan Presidential Library: Learn all about our nation’s 40th president and check out the featured exhibit of Amazing Automobiles where you can find the car that John Travolta danced on in the classic movie Grease!
