As a college student, I’ve learned that it’s super important for your mental health to do things that you love and that make you feel good – like yoga and skin care.
To help our fellow students at Cal Lutheran take care of their mental health, we recently hosted an on-campus yoga event where my fellow HC Cal Lutheran chapter members, students, and I engaged in some much-needed relaxation, and we were able to reconnect with ourselves and one another. This was not only a way to put our minds at ease but was also a super fun way to get our bodies moving after a long day of classes and assignments.
Following yoga, I was in need of some good skin care treatment to rejuvenate and clean my face. So, I used the 2-1 Foam Cleanser from the Nutritious line at Estée Lauder, which I typically use in the morning before my classes, and in the evening after working out.
