Ingredients
3 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1/2 -3/4 cup of raw sugar depending on your sweetness tolerance
3/4 cup of strongly brewed coffee
1.5 tsp of vanilla extract

How to make:
1. Combine coconut milk, raw sugar, and coffee together in a saucepan above medium heat and whisk for about 5 minutes.Â
2. Take saucepan off the heat and whisk in the vanilla. Place in a bowl and put in the freezer for six hours or overnight.
3. Take bowl out of the fridge and transfer to ice maker machine and follow instructions. Or if you don’t have an ice cream maker, take the mixture from the freezer and wisk every hour until you get a perfect consistency.Â
