The idealization of the “perfect body” is being increasingly deconstructed, and people are identifying and accepting themselves even more. Several influencers are breaking this barrier that to have a “perfect body” it’s necessary to be thin and undergo several aesthetic procedures – after all, having a “perfect body” means to be healthy and well with yourself.Â
According to psychology student Mariana Conzi, following positive body influencers on social media meant for her a crucial transformation: “it meant going further in the process of accepting my body. It’s very important for me to understand that these bodies exist. In addition to seeing my body free from prejudice, it’s to understand that these people exist and that they occupy a space in society, see that there are bodies similar to yours anywhere, and beyond acceptance is representativeness”, she says.
For that reason, Her Campus Cásper LĂbero prepared a list of 10 influencers who bring a body positive thematic, for you to follow and be inspired by! Check them out below!
