It is that time of the year again: the awards season. Last Sunday (February 28th) was the Academy Awards’ night (aka Oscar), the most important day for the classic cinema. Besides all deserved prizes, we saw beautiful stars at the Los Angeles’ Red Carpet: JLaw, Rachel McAdams, Brie Larson… and let’s confess: we all get inspired by their makeup and hair style (as well as their dresses, of course).
However, how can we incorporate these styles on your looks? The year is just starting, but graduation party of 2015’ Class is coming: why not get inspired by the beautiful actresses and singers?
Check out (and get inspired by) HC’s Cásper Líbero beauty selection of the best hair and makeup looks:
Lady Gaga chose nude colors for her makeup. Intense mascara and glow pearl eyeshadow gave a pinch of modernity to her look, not mentioning her old school Hollywood hair. Perfect balance between classic and modern.
Rachel McAdams matched her makeup to her gown. Clean and elegant, the focus of her makeup was the emerald trace which valorized her eyes. Monochromatic makeup is the new trend!
Jennifer Lawrence wore a neutral makeup. The hot brown smokey eyeshadow created the illusion of deepest eyes. Bold swipe of black liner gave her eyes definition.
We can see subtle shades of gold and pearl in Margot Robbie eyes. The flawless skin, the soft makeup and the clean lipstick color gave a fresh look to balance her gold-full-of-information dress. Great choice (especially for elaborated gowns)!
Cate Blanchet chose to stylish her bob haircut. Tucked behind the ears and side parted her hair framed her face.
Brie Larson’s gorgeous hairstyle is one of our favorites. Half-up do hair, with polished waves, and accessorized with a dazzling barrette. Accessories are a great choice if you want to give your look a party mood!
Olivia Wilde chose the new classic Hollywood hairstyle – the halo braid. Wrapped around the crown of the head, it gave a romantic and modern look.
Get inspired!
