What do you like most about your job?
People, work environment, the familiarity with co-workers. It is a place that you wake up and wanting to go to work. Everyone wanted a job that you feel that way. I like working with students. I’ve thought about doing the Radio and TV major.
What is the main difference between the Irineu who started working here four years ago and the Irineu now?
Progress, professional growth. When I started working here, I was beadle. Then, an opportunity appeared and I started working on technical laboratory of Radio and TV as an administrative assistant. It is always good to know about different areas and make good on them.
What are your plans for the future?
I want to work in future in the financial sector. I’m doing a MBA in financial management, controllership and audit at FGV.
Why did you chose to do this course?
It is an area that I identify myself in it, I always liked numbers. I started to do postgraduate in management, but It was very similiar with what I studied in college.
Can you reconcile studies and work?
Yes, I work eight hours a day and my MBA is fortnightly. On the weekend I dedicate myself exclusively to studies. No time for parties.
Do you have an inspiration?
My inspiration is my sister, she encouraged me to go to college. I’m from Minas Gerais, Vale do Jequitinhonha, a very humble background. Today, having graduated from college and getting an MBA is a victory.
