Congratulations have come from around the globe for the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William as they announced this week they are pregnant with their second child. The official Kenisngton House statement assures the public that everyone is “delighted” with the news, which comes just fourteen months after the birth of their first son, Prince George.Â
On the 8th September 2014, the official Clarence House Twitter page announced the wonderful news the young Prince George was going to be a big brother. There is no news on the sex of the baby just yet, but there are rumours that the due date is around March next year.
Kate is said to be suffering from terrible morning sickness and is being treated for it, but she couldn’t be happier with the news. There are also rumours whether Kate will still be going on the first solo tour which was supposed to begin later this month. The Duchess of Cambridge already had to cancel a prior engagement in Oxford the day they announced the new royal baby.Â
There is also a lot of talk about the new baby’s royal role, with Prince George being the natural heir to the throne after HRH William. The arrival of a new child means Prince Harry will be fifth in line for the throne, but he doesn’t seem to mind as he is busy with his Army duties and his ÂŁ10 million inheritance from his mother, the late Diana, Princess of Wales.Â
We are so happy for the couple and wish them every happiness and luck with their second child. We can’t wait to see both George and the new baby grow up. We hope it’s happy and healthy no matter what the sex of the baby. Good luck!Â
