The Weeks is an alternative rock band from Mississippi, that formed in 2008. If you’re looking for a song to blast in your headphones during a workout or to play loudly in your room while you dance around like nobody’s watching, “Buttons” is the song you have been searching for all along. The single was released in 2014.

2.     “Body” by Bassh

 

A list of things to do before listening to this song: Get in your car. Roll down your windows. Drive. This is your perfect fall road trip song. Bassh is a new group formed by Bill Reynolds from Band of Horses and Jimmy Brown and CJ Hardee from Matrimony. “Body” is the first creation released by the band.

Hi readers and follow collegiettes, my name is Carly Peterson. I am a senior reporting major in the School of Media and Journalism at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have moved around a lot growing up living in states including South Carolina and multiple cities in Virginia, however, my recent location is Nashville, TN.
