Seven Signs You Found Your Best Friend In College

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chapel Hill chapter.

1. You make the decision on going out solely if your best friend is going out, and you wouldn’t dare choose an outfit before you knew what she was wearing.

2. The difference between you and friends vs. you and your best friend is you wouldn’t think twice about asking her sexual questions, especially ones that start with “this may be TMI but…”

3. Before you ask a guy to formal or any date event, you send your best friend facebook photos and his name for a full on stalking session.

4. Theres no better go-to person to take selfies with than your best friend.

5. Whenever you need advice, you know your best friend will be there to tell you that you a) made a horrible hookup decision the night before or b) should never wear your hair like that again. What’s a best friend if she isn’t brutally honest?

6. You know your best friend won’t judge you when you show up in her room looking like you haven’t showered in a week, makeup running down your face, and holding two spoons with Ben & Jerry’s in your hand.

7. And lastly, you commonly tell each other that you would not be able to survive college without your best friend.
