The way teen stars date these days, it has become nearly impossible to keep track of the young romances that we are so insanely jealous of, yet can’t seem to stop reading about. Well fellow gossip mongers, have no fear because I’ve got all the recent gossip right here for you, tied up with a bow.
Let’s start with what I consider the bad news:
- Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are still going strong (queue the hysterical sobs of millions of girls around the world). Based on the recent photos and some statements from Miley’s recent interviews, the two seem as happy as ever (at least something good came out of the movie Our Song).
- Taylor Lautner and Lily Collins, on the other hand, are not doing so well. Actually, they’re not doing anything at all since the pair broke it off about two weeks ago, which was, coincidentally, one week before their movie Abduction came out. This begs the question, has Taylor Lautner not considered that dating his co-stars might be a bad idea? Look what happened with Taylor Swift. Although, in his defense, the general consensus seems to be that he was the one who broke it off this time.

As for Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, the two are as annoyingly adorable as ever. Reports say that about two weeks ago the Biebs took Selena out for a romantic dinner and a movie. However, in Bieber-world “dinner and a movie” means renting out the entire Los Angeles Staples Center to share a private, catered dinner before settling in to watch Titanic. Well Justin, if your goal was to effectively one-up any other date ever, you’ve succeeded.

In other news, the whole are-they or aren’t-they debate about the relationship between Vanessa Hudgens and Josh Hutcherson seems to have been cleared up and the verdict is “off.” Though the couple never admitted to being in a relationship, though they were photographed together quite often, which did not leave many people questioning that they were involved (Hutcherson’s name has been all over the news lately for snagging the male lead in The Hunger Games, opposite Jennifer Lawrence and due out March 2012). Hudgens was recently quoted saying she was single and has been spotted around town cozying up to Austin Butler; you may have seen him on Zoey 101 back in the day or more recently in Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure.

Now onto the question everyone’s been asking about Brenda Song: is she pregnant or not? Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a definitive answer. Though some many sources seemed insistent that Brenda was/is pregnant with the child of her boyfriend of a few months, Trace Cyrus, Song’s mother has denied rumors of her pregnancy. This has led many to speculate as to whether this “pregnancy” was actually just a publicity stunt. Seeing as Brenda Song has no baby bump whatsoever, I am personally inclined to side with the mom on this one (but please feel free to believe what you will).
