6 Hardworking Kitties to Get You Through The Rest of the Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chatham chapter.

To celebrate the end of the semester, we decided to appreciate some cats who are probably doing better work than we are.

Above, we have hipster studying kitty, who has seemingly taken a break from his hard work to take a quick selfie. Hipster studying kitty is probably analyzing some poetry and getting to the bottom of what Allen Ginsburg, like, really means in his work, yā€™know?

Professor Kitty is just here to have a good time. Sheā€™s taking a well-deserved break from grading to relax in the sun and appreciate the beauty of nature. And if her students get their tests back with a few claw marks, well, thatā€™s not her fault.

Dad Cat does not appreciate you interrupting his newspaper time. After this, he will shred it. Do not interrupt him then either.

Sleepy kitty had a hard day at preschool, and now she is napping on her homework, which is a very difficult picture of a butterfly. Also note her meta-glasses, which are in the shape of cats. It is likely that sleepy kitty did not make this decision for herself, and instead a human slipped on these meta glasses and snapped a quick picture.

This kitty is so close to taking his exams. He just wants to get through his exams. There is no time for napping when he has so much studying to do. Good luck, kitty. We believe in you.

English literature kitten is supposed to be writing an essay on Pride and Prejudice, but sheā€™s mostly just trying to figure out whether or not she actually likes Mr. Darcy. Sheā€™s not entirely sure heā€™s the romantic hero she wants in her life, but sheā€™s no Jane Clawston.

All of these kitties are 10/10 for cuteness and at least an 8/10 for working hard, and so are you.
