Basketball has suddenly taken over with the beginning of this year’s March Madness Tournament. While some people are really invested and know a lot about every team, we have no idea what we’re doing. If you’re like us and just like filling out as many brackets as possible for the thrill of it, you’ll understand the five ways to fill out your March Madness bracket.Â
1. Pick based on what names you like best.
Wichita State? Gonzaga? Baylor? Xavier? No idea if you’re good but I like to say your school name so let’s give it a shot.
2. If you know someone who goes to a school, pick your teams based on how much you like them.
Archnemsis from high school goes to South Carolina? Yep, they’re definitely losing in the first round.Â
3. Decide based on your favorite city or where you have connections.
If you’ve always wanted to go to LA, UCLA is the way to go.
4. Find a March Madness consultant (friend, roommate, significant other, etc.) – create bracket based on what they say
This is the perfect opportunity to feign an interest in sports.
5. Choose based on the best colors or mascot.
Please note that both Troy and USC are the Trojans.Â
Good luck and happy picking!
