This week we sat down with one of our Contributing Writers, Arlynn Baer!
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
My name Arlynn Baer and I am a senior at Clark University. I am majoring in Cultural Studies and Communications Major with a Sociology minor. In addition to Her Campus, I am a member of the Women’s Varsity crew team, a member of SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee), and a Peer Advisor. I just came back from an exciting year abroad. I spent my first semester in Washington D.C. at American University where I was able to intern with the Girl Scouts. In the spring, I studied at University of Sussex in Brighton, England.
What’s your role on the Her Campus Clark team?
I am a Contributing Writer at Her Campus.
What’s your favorite thing about fall?
I love bringing out my favorite flannel and combat boots. I also enjoy all the smells and food that are associated with fall, especially apple cider! In my past life, I probably was a fall scented candle.
How do you stay calm through midterms/finals season?
I try to schedule all my work before hand so I know my schedule ahead of time. I also find a time to work out and watch an episode of television to not get overwhelmed.
Vanilla or chocolate? Chocolate, always chocolate
Summer or winter? Winter
Cats or dogs? Dogs, my dream is to own a Westie
Iced or hot coffee? It depends of my mood and the day. I just love coffee in general.
Parks and Recreation or The Office? Parks and Recreation!

Thanks, Arlynn!Â
