It’s Monday Meals with Monica! I love a good smoothie in the morning. Here’s my go to blend.
Ingredients:
- Almond milk (enough to cover all of the ingredients)
- Handful of cleaned spinach
- One banana
- Two handfuls of mixed frozen berries
- ¼ cup dried oats
- 1/8 cup protein powder
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
Blend all ingredients together!
