Ingredients:
½ cup of pumpkin (canned pumpkins work as well)
2 ½ tablespoons of honey (organic is always better)
½ lemon
¼ cup plain yogurt
Tools:
Blender or Fork
Bowl
Measuring cups
First what you will want to do is put the pumpkin in a bowl. If you are using a fresh pumpkin, you will want to mix it into a puree with either a blender, a fork, or your hands and get it as smooth as possible. Next add the honey, yogurt, and squeeze the lemon into the bowl, and mix until everything is evenly blended together. Once your mask is made you will want to cleanse your face with any face wash you might have in order to have a fresh base and to help get all the benefits that the mask has to offer. Lastly, you will want to use your fingers or an old foundation brush to evenly apply the mask all over your face. The mask should stay on your face for about 15-20 minutes then you should wash it off with a warm towel or rinse your face with warm water. Now you have refreshed, moisturized skin! If you have any left over mask you can leave it in a closed container in your refrigerator and reuse for up to a week.
