After weeks and weeks of eager anticipation, Thanksgiving break has finally come. But soon enough, you’ve found yourself back in the bipolar weather/frozen tundra that is the Burgh. Whether you’re still denying that you’re back or you’re still in break-mode, here are some common thoughts that we’ve all struggled with post-break:
1. Denial
This can’t be happening to me!
2. Still denying it.
NOT LETTING GO!
3. Realization.
*cries*
4. Realization that you didn’t do your homework.
…homework over break? What is this nonsense?
5. Realization that you have that test/presentation/project TOMORROW.
Just the thought of doing homework makes me cringe.
6. Realization that you should probably start doing something.
Nah, it can wait.
7. Netflix.
I’m never getting off this couch.
8. Mmm, a cookie sounds good right about now.
*downs the entire box of Thin Mints*
9. Realizing that finals are next week.
WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?!?!
10. To study or not to study….
Let’s use some good ‘ole logic here….
But fear not! Only two (or perhaps one by now) weeks until winter break!
LET THE COUNTDOWN BEGIN.
