Many of us college students do not have much time to eat a proper breakfast. We are always on the go and on the lookout for something quick, good, and possibly healthy (not always). These breakfasts are simple to follow and most are fast to make. Because I am an avid smoothie drinker, my favorite one on this list is the Banana Oat Smoothie. I highly recommend you try some of these for your own breakfast or to make when you have friends over. Let’s be honest — breakfast is an all day event.

I have yet to try these breakfast mugs yet but from the instructions they are definitely fast and easy. They look delicious and my friends highly recommend them. They are very simple to through together and put in the microwave while gathering items you need for the day.
