Understanding an ISTJ
What is an ISTJ (Introvert, Sensory, Thinker, Judging)?
They’re The “Logisticians”, which is a bit of a mouthful. They’re the most common personality type, making up about 13% of the population. They’re very honorable people, and are often found as the foundation of families and other law enforcing bodies of people. They’re goal oriented, practical, responsible, and duty-bound creatures.
ISTJs tend to be very analytical beings, looking at their surroundings for answers rather than their intuition. They’re factual, statistical, and a bit too logical sometimes. They also do not enjoy indecisiveness, and expect quick action from both themselves and others when a crisis presents itself. They also prefer to work alone, and often work better in environments situated for that.
