Have you ever tried searching Google for butt exercises, or really any workout exercises? You get about a million useless results! Here are a couple ways to get that perfect “a$$” and to feel like you did it right afterwards! These different exercises are easy to do and don’t take much time – it’s honestly ten minutes tops! Add them straight into your workout, or just do them in your dorm room. Enjoy!
1. Front Lunges
These are really great for getting – and feeling! – your muscles working.
2. Side Lunge
Side lunges are great for your entire lower body and can absolutely be done in addition to regular lunges. Side lunges work not only your quads, but also your inter and outer thigs, hips, and, most importantly, your glutes! The benefits to side lunges are truly endless!
3. Stair Master
The amazing Stair Master needs no explanation!
4. Squats
If you want that toned booty, you must do squats! Not just five or ten – at least fifty, to really “feel the burn!”
