Sappy TV show lovers, aspiring journalists and coffee fanatics alike, rejoice because do I have the show for you. If you have not heard of Gilmore Girls by now I’m not sure what you’ve been doing with your life but stop whatever it is and BINGE. The strong character relationships, witty one-liners, and homey setting are unparalleled. Be prepared to be pulled into the world of Stars Hollow and their most beloved residents, the Gilmore Girls. Gilmore Girls will forever be a feel-good show. There is no bad episode in the series. But for me, there are six standouts. So, without further ado, log into Netflix because you’ve got a least 6 hours ahead of you.

Classic Rory here, using her intelligence and wit to prove to Dean there is no place in modern day for the gender roles perpetuated by the Donna Reed Show. This episode has got it all, the usual banter and an adorable 50’s inspired dress sported by our leading lady.
 2. They Shoot Gilmores, Don’t They

Who doesn’t love decade themed episodes? Clearly, I do judging off of my first two picks. This time the Gilmore Girls sport 40’s inspired attire and head out to the Stars Hollow dance-a-thon. Besides the iconic looks, we get a healthy dosing of the Dean-Jess-Rory love triangle that we all love to hate and hate to love.
3. Like Mother, Like Daughter GIF Courtesy of Giphy
This is one of the first times you get to see the positive side of Lorelai and Emily’s relationship. It is a nice reminder even though they have their ups and downs, Gilmore’s always have one another’s back. The adorable fashion show is a perfect backdrop for this episode. Â
4. You jump, I Jump Jack GIF Courtesy of Rebloggy
ICONIC. This has got be the best Gilmore Girls episode hands down. Rory delves into her newfound ties to the Life and Death Brigade. She quite literally jumps into her future with Logan here. Without Logan, Rory’s path would’ve turned out vastly different. Even if you don’t like Rory and Logan you can’t deny you at least wanted to be her here, camping in the woods with an elusive society. The spontaneity of this episode makes it the most memorable.

Who doesn’t love a Richard and Emily dance scene? Who doesn’t love quality Lorelai and Luke time? Who doesn’t love Rory in an iconic pantsuit? And last but certainly not least, who doesn’t love a good old Christopher Hayes punch to the mouth? Really, what more could one want out of 43 minutes?
6. Bon Voyage Courtesy of Bustle
You cry, I cry, we all cry. Here we say bon voyage to our beloved Gilmore Girls, Stars Hollow and our hearts. Out of every series I have watched, this is by far the best series finale. I love presents and this was most definitely one wrapped neatly with a bow, courtesy of Amy Sherman-Palladino. Â Â Â
